The team at Jacaranda Events ensure they will respond to your enquiry within the same day or 24 hours if this is an overseas enquiry.
Once we receive the full spec of your requirements, we will then send over a selection of between 3-5 venues which meet your budget and brief.
Be it a chain hotel, independent hotel or something more unusual such as a sporting venue, castle, country or coastal location, for a unique, memorable experience, our service will save you valuable time and money, with our experience ensuring you receive the best possible rates.
Once your preferred venue has been chosen, we will then be your single point of contact – anything you need to know about audio visual, accommodation, meeting room’s layout, catering etc., just contact us and we will get you the answer by return.
We handle the contract, invoicing and final details, leaving you to relax and enjoy the event.
